These Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy (collectively, "Terms") govern your use of the Hissab mobile application ("Hissab"), our website located at https://hissab.io, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Hissab or Rawbytes Technologies.

By using Hissab or any of our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are prohibited from using Hissab, accessing our website, or using any other Services provided by us.

These Terms were last updated on 12 February 2022. We reserve the right to review and amend these Terms at our sole discretion. We will update this page and may notify you through the app and/or the email address you provided. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Our Services are provided with the understanding that your use will be fair and reasonable. Excessive use may result in additional fees or restricted capacity. We expect all users to engage with our Services ethically and respectfully, without infringing on the rights of others.

5. Unethical, Exploitative, and Malicious Activity: This includes but is not limited to:
   • Distributing software designed to violate these terms or the terms of other providers.
   • Network sniffing, pinging, packet spoofing, flooding, mail-bombing, and denial-of-service attacks.
   • Unauthorized access to accounts or electronic resources ("hacking", "cracking", "phreaking").

   • Harassment, including denial-of-service attacks, hate speech, or advocating intolerance.
   • Attempting to avoid payment for services.
   • Unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of information.
   • Interfering with the use of our Services by others.
   • Sharing content that incites violence, depicts child pornography, or threatens safety.
   • Any violation of consumer protection laws or a person’s privacy.
   • Use by individuals or entities involved in illegal gambling, terrorism, narcotics or arms trafficking, or the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
6. Unauthorized Use of Hissab/Rawbytes Technologies Property: Impersonating Hissab or Rawbytes Technologies, misrepresenting a business relationship, or claiming ownership of our property for fraudulent purposes.

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in the materials in Hissab and on our website are owned by or licensed to Rawbytes Technologies. You may download Hissab, to view, use, and display the application on your mobile device for your personal use only. This constitutes the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions or these Terms of Service, and may be terminated by Rawbytes Technologies at any time.

Automatic Updates

You give us permission to download and install updates to Hissab on your device in accordance with your privacy preferences. This permission can be revoked at any time by deleting Hissab from your device.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing in Hissab or on our website are not comprehensive and are for general information purposes only. To the extent permitted by law, Rawbytes Technologies does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials in Hissab or on our website, or otherwise relating to such materials or on any resources linked to Hissab and our website.

Rawbytes Technologies has not reviewed all of the sites linked to Hissab or on its corresponding website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site.
